Currently, The Westin Phoenix Downtown is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Server to join their dynamic team. This non-management role is essential in delivering excellent dining experiences to guests by providing attentive service and ensuring careful attention to their needs. The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for serving food courses and alcoholic beverages according to the event’s standards, maintaining dining and work areas, and utilizing the MICROS system to accurately record transactions. This position requires clear communication with both guests and kitchen staff to address menu questions, dietary restrictions, and special requests, ensuring a smooth and personalized dining experience.
