Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and over 50 pounds with assistance
ability to reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
ability to communicate clearly and professionally
must maintain a clean and professional appearance
willingness to follow all safety and security policies and training
no supervisory experience
ability to perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience required
ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
knowledge of food and beverage service standards
adept at using point of sale systems such as MICROS
ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas
commitment to upholding company policies and guest service quality standards

Job Duties

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
set tables according to type of event and service standards
answer questions on menu selections
communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
