Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and over 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- must maintain a clean and professional appearance
- willingness to follow all safety and security policies and training
- no supervisory experience
- ability to perform other reasonable job duties as requested
Job Qualifications

- ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- adept at using point of sale systems such as MICROS
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas
- commitment to upholding company policies and guest service quality standards
Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to type of event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
- communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
- record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
- maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
- complete closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights
- present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
