Job Requirements

Must have open weekend availability
Ability to work set schedules
Must comply with all health and safety regulations
Ability to maintain cleanliness and restaurant setup
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

1+ years of serving experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of POS systems preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Ability to adhere to liquor laws and restaurant policies

Job Duties

Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner
Input orders into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest
Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed
Maintain proper and adequate set-up of restaurant at all times
Adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests at all times
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
Other duties as assigned
