Job Requirements
- Must have open weekend availability
- Ability to work set schedules
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and restaurant setup
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of serving experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to adhere to liquor laws and restaurant policies
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner
- Input orders into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest
- Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of restaurant at all times
- Adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests at all times
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
- Other duties as assigned
