We are currently seeking a highly motivated Server to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of guest interaction, creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, explaining signature menu items with clarity and enthusiasm, and offering detailed descriptions to promote specialty drinks, appetizers, and entrees. Being attentive to guest needs and practicing timely check-backs will be crucial in providing exceptional service. Additionally, you will handle payment processing with accuracy, use our Point of Sale system efficiently, and assist with set up and closing duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. This role also requires responsible alcohol service knowledge and adherence to legal drinking age policies, ensuring compliance and guest safety at all times. Teamwork is an essential part of the position, as you will support fellow team members by performing tasks such as running food, refilling beverages, and maintaining sanitation standards throughout your shift. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of previous server or restaurant experience, coupled with exceptional organizational skills, bilingual capabilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
