The Server position at Century Park Associates is an integral role within the dining services team. Starting at $16 per hour, this role is part-time or full-time with a requirement for weekend and evening availability to cater to the dining needs of the senior community. The server delivers restaurant-style dining services with a strong hospitality focus, adhering to industry standards, laws, and Century Park’s own high standards. Reporting to the Dining Services Director or Dining Room Supervisor, the server is not only responsible for excellent customer service but also for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for residents and visitors.

As a lead server, the individual is also entrusted with training and guiding new servers, ensuring that all team members meet the company’s standards. The role requires active participation in meal preparation meetings, assistance with meal counts and ticket management, and collaboration with other dining room staff to set up and maintain the dining area effectively. Servers assist residents with food selections and provide timely beverage refills, ensuring a comfortable and satisfying dining experience. The job involves performing cleaning and prep duties after meals, managing dish removal, laundry of linens, and overall upkeep of the dining space to ensure it is safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing.
