Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification a plus
- Previous experience as a server preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
Job Duties
- Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu, demonstrate thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
- Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
- Create positive first impressions that build loyal return guests
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100 percent guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and restaurant operations
