Job Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older
Have a minimum of one year server experience
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must adhere to all company policies and health regulations
Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to serving

Job Duties

Greet guests and provide friendly, accommodating, and timely service
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
Foster a positive team environment and collaborate with co-workers to enhance guest experiences
