Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- present menus and explain daily specials and menu items
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- serve food and beverages efficiently and with attention to guest needs
- ensure guest satisfaction by checking on diners and promptly addressing any issues
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- adhere to all health and safety and sanitation standards
