Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure guest touch points are clean and sanitized
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality standards
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth operation
- Process payments and thank guests as they leave
