The role offered is that of a Kona Ice Server, an energetic and personable position ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. This job involves being a key part of the team responsible for providing excellent customer service at various events. As a server, you will represent the company, greeting customers courteously and ensuring they have a memorable experience. The servers are expected to arrive safely and punctually to scheduled events, maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards, prepare and stock the shaved ice trucks, and assist with cleaning duties. This role requires basic skills such as reading, counting, and accurately completing documentation. Communication with maintenance and inventory staff is also necessary to maintain smooth operations. The position demands a flexible schedule, as events take place in a variety of settings and times, including evenings and weekends.
