Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to upholding safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing safe, friendly and attentive service
- Make guests feel welcome and part of the Olive Garden family
- Guide guests through the menu using knowledge of food, wine, and fresh ingredients
- Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation
- Ensure team member wellness and clean restaurant environment
- Take and serve orders accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
