Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a server or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly making them feel part of the Olive Garden family
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff
- Provide guests with detailed knowledge of the menu including daily specials wines and ingredients
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely friendly manner ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
- Process guest payments accurately and thank them for their patronage
