Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- willing to learn and adapt to new procedures
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner
- provide menu recommendations and detailed information on food and wine
- take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen staff
- deliver food and beverages promptly and check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills and product knowledge
