Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • willing to learn and adapt to new procedures
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine preferred
  • prior experience in food service or hospitality is beneficial

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner
  • provide menu recommendations and detailed information on food and wine
  • take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen staff
  • deliver food and beverages promptly and check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation standards
  • handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
  • participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills and product knowledge
