Job Duties

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meals and addressing any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server station and dining area
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to expedite orders
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
