We are currently seeking energetic and personable servers to join our team. This is a part-time or full-time position that pays $16.90 per hour plus tips, offering flexible schedules that help our employees balance work with other important commitments such as school, childcare, or family care. As a server at Olive Garden, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will represent the Olive Garden family and ensure that visitors feel welcomed and valued from the moment they enter the restaurant. This role involves delivering friendly, attentive service while guiding guests through our menu, which features fresh ingredients inspired by traditional Italian flavors. Our servers are knowledgeable about food and wine pairings and are enthusiastic about sharing this knowledge with guests to enhance their dining experience.
