Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take and accurately deliver food and beverage orders while demonstrating knowledge of the menu and Italian cuisine
- Ensure all safety and sanitation practices are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns to enhance their satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Promote menu items, specials and wine pairings to enrich the guest experience
- Assist with training new servers and participate in ongoing skill-building activities
