The Capital Burger is currently seeking dedicated Servers to join its team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is vital in shaping the guests' dining experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Servers at The Capital Burger are responsible for delivering elevated service with genuine hospitality by guiding guests through the menus, offering food and beverage recommendations, and ensuring orders are accurately taken and fulfilled to meet or exceed expectations. The position offers competitive weekly pay ranging from $800.00 to $1,500.00 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package including paid sick leave, medical, dental, and vision coverage, multiple insurance options, wealth benefits, and flexible spending accounts. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings, and nights
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 21 years old to participate in 401(k) plan
- Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols
- Prior experience in restaurant service is preferred
