We are currently hiring dedicated Servers to join our team who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Servers at Biaggi's act as the face of the restaurant, responsible for delivering warm hospitality with each guest interaction. This position offers an hourly wage of $4.35 plus tips, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate varied availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Our Servers play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction by engaging guests, offering menu guidance, handling orders accurately, and ensuring that all meals and services meet Biaggi's high standards.

The Server position involves a variety of responsibilities such as greeting guests upon arrival, presenting daily specials, and answering any questions related to menu ingredients and preparation methods. In addition to order taking and delivering meals and beverages, Servers are expected to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring that every guest's dining experience is pleasurable and memorable. Other important duties include managing cash and credit payments, performing cleaning and sanitizing tasks as part of side work, supporting teamwork among staff, and thoroughly communicating any concerns or feedback to management. Being physically capable to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds is required due to the demands of the role.
