Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols
- Ability to wear protective clothing and face coverings throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and warmly
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and make recommendations
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service
- Deliver orders efficiently while ensuring quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Follow health and safety regulations including wearing protective equipment
