- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
- willingness to learn and adapt to new information and procedures
- legal working status in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- basic math skills for handling payments
- willingness to learn about Italian cuisine and wine
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- present menu options and answer questions about ingredients and specials
- take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the restaurant system
- deliver food and beverages promptly ensuring order accuracy
- maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- process payments and thank guests for their patronage
