As a Server at On The Border, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality. This position offers flexible full-time or part-time employment options, making it suitable for diverse schedules including those balancing family responsibilities, second jobs, or other life commitments. Compensation ranges from $2.13 to $20 per hour, including tips, providing highly competitive earning opportunities. Servers are expected to bring charisma, personality, and a friendly demeanor to every shift, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for. Job Duties

  • Serving food and beverage orders to guests in timely manner
  • learning the menu to explain it to guests
  • partnering with other servers to ensure guests have everything they need
  • performing opening and closing duties
  • providing responsible service of alcoholic beverages
