The role being offered is that of a Food and Beverage Server, a critical position responsible for ensuring excellent service in the dining areas. The server acts as a vital link between the kitchen and the guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Servers need to be knowledgeable about the menu, including food, wines, beers, liquors, and non-alcoholic beverages, in order to assist guests effectively and make recommendations when required.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, informing them about specials and promotions, accurately taking and inputting orders into the Point of Sale system, and ensuring timely delivery of all items. Servers also monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns promptly. Adherence to all federal and state regulations, particularly those concerning the responsible service of alcoholic beverages, is mandatory. Beyond service delivery, the role requires maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in service areas before, during, and after shifts, as well as performing pre-shift and post-shift duties efficiently.
