The role of Server 2 at Invited is pivotal in upholding the company’s renowned standards of food and beverage service. In this role, the Server 2 is entrusted with a comprehensive understanding of the à la carte menu and daily offerings, empowering them to mentor and support junior servers effectively. They play a crucial role in resolving complex service challenges, managing last-minute changes with professionalism, and ensuring that member and guest satisfaction remains at the forefront. The Server 2 leads workstation organization, stock maintenance, and enforces adherence to Invited’s high cleanliness and safety standards.
