Homestead Resort is currently seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Servers. This position is perfect for individuals with a love for hospitality who want to be an integral part of creating exceptional dining experiences for guests. As a Server, you will have the opportunity to showcase your interpersonal skills and provide outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression. The role includes greeting guests warmly, guiding them through the menu with thoughtful recommendations, and ensuring a seamless dining journey from start to finish. You will take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff while serving food and drinks professionally and promptly. Additionally, servers are expected to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service that enhances the overall dining experience, ensuring that each visit is unforgettable.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to one year serving experience preferred
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
