Job Requirements
- must be available evenings and weekends (wednesday through sunday is required)
- open availability preferred
- a valid responsible beverage serving (rbs) card is required
- must be at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit
- must have reliable transportation to work
Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years as server, captain, or sommelier is preferred
- strong food, wine and spirits knowledge
- cms certified or wset 1 or greater is a plus
- ability to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
- a willingness to learn and grow
- ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
Job Duties
- maintain customer service according to restaurant standards
- provide table service
- deliver food
- buss tables
- clean dining areas
- use wine and beverage knowledge to upsell during service
- maintain sanitary food handling practices
