Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
Strong communication skills
Ability to get along well with others
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable dining experience
Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for all guests
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff
Prepare and serve beverages as required
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
