Job Requirements

Must be able to lift 30 lbs
Able to stand for extended periods
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling

Job Qualifications

1 year in a restaurant preferred but not required
Knowledge of hard liquor brands, cocktails, wine, and beer good to have but not required

Job Duties

Serves food and wine to assigned table sections throughout the evening
Inputs all orders into the POS system
Works with the team to complete all the steps of service for every table including welcome, drinks, entrée, dessert, and additional drinks
Warmly welcomes and wishes a fond farewell to members and their guests
Keeps a good attitude despite busy or stressful moments
Sets up dining room area and service areas for dinner service
Resets dining room area and service areas for next day's service
Understands and is knowledgeable on food and beverage menu items including specials
Replenishes water and bread as necessary
Helps to serve food from kitchen
Assists with banquet and buffet setup as needed
Performs other appropriate duties as assigned
