Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- ability to stand and move around for extended periods
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- customer-oriented mindset
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team-focused setting
- basic technological proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- passion for customer service and food
- ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
- work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations
- engage positively with customers and assist them in a courteous manner
- operate and work alongside the robotic server "Kura Bot"
- ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
