have excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
availability for part-time seasonal work
ability to work onsite at the Phoenix Zoo
capable of adhering to health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

prior food service experience in a restaurant setting preferred

Job Duties

Greeting customers promptly and in a friendly manner
explaining specials and menu items
taking orders accurately
following up with guests to ensure satisfaction and enhance their meal experience
ensuring foodservice complies with health code regulations
maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
assisting in other duties as assigned by management
