- Ability to obtain Food Handlers Permit
- Compassion for seniors
- Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Obtain Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations
- Have compassion for and desire to work with seniors
- Perform job duties courteously and professionally
- Work cooperatively as part of the dietary team
- Demonstrate honesty, fairness, and respect for confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and vendors
- Meet all health requirements
- Pass criminal background check
Job Duties
- Deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely manner
- Ensure meals are served according to schedules
- Provide first-class customer service to residents and guests
- Work as part of the dietary team for efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain courteous and professional interaction with residents and team members
- Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas as needed
