Job Requirements

  • Possess at least one year of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Hold a valid food handler's card and alcohol service certification
  • Meet minimum age requirements for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
  • Exhibit excellent guest service skills
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Be willing to perform other duties necessary to support business operations
  • Be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Be capable of bending, stooping, and kneeling frequently
  • Be able to stand for the duration of shifts
  • Be able to operate equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other tools listed in training manual
  • Be available for scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

  • One plus years of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, or local law
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to learn and perform various duties as required

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality
  • Deliver exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food and beverage menus including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
  • Practice proper cash handling and operate the point-of-sale system correctly
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
  • Support team members in achieving our goals and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
