Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
1+ years of full-service serving experience
ServSafe certification
Food Handler certification
Alcohol certification
Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Great communication skills
Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations positively
Integrity
Flexible working hours including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
1+ years of full-service serving experience
ServSafe, Food Handler, and Alcohol certifications required
Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Is organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment while maintaining a smile and positive attitude
Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues positively
Have integrity and can be counted on to the right thing
Flexible working hours including holidays and weekends

Job Duties

Be proactive with greeting all guests in the theater before they request for service
Answer Plex Call System on time to further assist guests
Embody Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures
Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of the menu and Cinepolis offerings
Greet guests and say goodbye to guests whenever possible
Demonstrate Passion, Commitment, and Integrity at all times by running food and beverages, bussing trays and cleaning seats, and helping other team members whenever possible
Ensure all food orders are inputted rapidly and accurately in point of sale system and check back with guests to ensure they have received their orders and everything they need to enjoy their meal
