Job Duties

  • Greet our guests quickly and efficiently, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Effectively communicate menu items to guests, upsell and promote specials
  • Deliver food and beverages to our guests in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any of our guest's concerns or special requests
  • Assist fellow Squad members in organizing, cleaning and maintaining dining area
  • Bus, sanitize, and set tables
  • Communicate and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service
  • Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store management
