Job Requirements

Full-service restaurant experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Gets along great with people
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly and professionally
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them efficiently into the POS system
Provide knowledgeable menu guidance and answer guest questions
Ensure all food and beverages are served according to company standards
Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere
Manage guest requests and resolve issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
