Job Duties

  • Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and answer guests' questions
  • Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, and processing payments
  • Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
  • Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain seamless operations
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
