- able to lift at least 30 lbs
- minimum 6 months experience serving food in a restaurant
- food handler certification

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests according to service standards
- take and serve guest orders promptly
- perform all necessary set-up side work as assigned
- answer guest questions about the menu
- communicate guests' food allergies or special requests to culinary team
- operate electronic cash register and P.O.S. system
- check food before serving to ensure appearance, temperature, and portions are correct
