Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a customer service role preferably in food and beverage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food and beverage menus and wine selection is a plus
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable well-timed and pleasant
Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining food and bar menus recommending cocktails suggesting courses explaining chef's features and identifying wines
Thoroughly answering all food and beverage preparation questions
Making managers aware of any special accommodations such as specific food allergies prior to reporting it to the kitchen
Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining areas around guests
Completing opening running and closing side work related to job duties
