Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and wine pairings preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable well-timed and pleasant
- Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
- Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining the food and bar menus
- Recommending cocktails suggesting courses explaining chef's features and identifying wines in accordance with Perry's food and beverage training
- Answering all food and beverage preparation questions thoroughly
- Making managers aware of any special accommodations such as specific food allergies prior to reporting it to the kitchen
- Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests and completing opening running and closing side work related to job duties
