Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant service preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork and guest interaction

Job Duties

  • Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection
  • Know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs
  • Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings
  • Accurately take food/beverage orders and enter them into the POS
  • Deliver food and beverage orders to standard
  • Communicate regularly with and respond promptly/courteously to all guest requests
  • Provide exemplary service including refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations
  • Be flexible during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation
