Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant service preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and guest interaction

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection
- Know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs
- Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings
- Accurately take food/beverage orders and enter them into the POS
- Deliver food and beverage orders to standard
- Communicate regularly with and respond promptly/courteously to all guest requests
- Provide exemplary service including refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations
- Be flexible during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation
