Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Willingness to obtain Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling Certifications if not already certified
Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or dining room server experience preferred
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightclub setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods (up to 50 lbs)
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service and anticipate guests' needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and the overall venue
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
- Inform guests of daily specials and inquire about dietary restrictions or allergies
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system and handle payment transactions
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state regulations
- Follow opening, closing, and sanitation procedures
- Support teammates and communicate effectively with managers and kitchen staff
- Participate in pre-service meetings, training sessions, and team collaborations
