- Follow all steps of service set forth by The Greene Turtle
- Ensure identifications are properly reviewed before serving alcoholic beverages
- Complete all training set forth by The Greene Turtle Training Department
- Have extensive knowledge of all food and drinks served by The Greene Turtle
- Have extensive knowledge of food preparation
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation specifications
- Perform all side work assigned before, during, and after shift
- Perform cleaning activities assigned by management
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Maintain performance standards and motivate team through positive role modeling
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
- Clean and neat appearance
- Adhere to The Greene Turtle uniform policy
- Able to report to work as scheduled
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Communicate clearly
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally

- Understand food preparation techniques
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation specifications
- Perform assigned side work before, during, and after shift
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities as assigned
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Motivate team through positive role modeling
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as requested by management
