Job Description

Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
Willingness to wear protective hand and face coverings
Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
Willingness to frequently wash hands during shift
Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and customer focus
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
Anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly
Accurately take and deliver orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Handle payment transactions and tip processing
Follow all health and safety guidelines including wearing protective equipment and sanitizing hands frequently
