Job Requirements

Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to work at a quick pace
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Willingness to provide excellent customer service
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a server or waiter role preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and handling best practices is a plus
Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting
Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap
Present menu and answer questions regarding menu items
Be prepared to answer questions about preparation methods and continuous table-side serving concept
Take and serve beverage and dessert orders, communicate special meat requests to Churrasqueiros
Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment
Assist other servers when appropriate
Complete beginning or closing shift duties
Perform other assigned duties as necessary
