Job Requirements

  • Availability to work a variety of hours including weekends and holidays
  • Follow all systems, policies, and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Provide genuine hospitality to exceed guest expectations
  • Successfully complete alcohol awareness and/or food handler training
  • Be committed to teamwork with a pleasant attitude
  • Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Follow service steps as per the employee handbook
  • Have knowledge of all food and beverage menus
  • Comply with allergy and dietary restriction procedures
  • Maintain accurate guest orders and transactions
  • Be proficient in POS terminals and related equipment use
  • Accomplish duties as instructed by management
  • Maintain honesty and integrity
  • Safely move chairs and tables
  • Communicate clearly and hospitably
  • Service multiple guests at multiple tables simultaneously
  • Carry multiple plates and drinks safely
  • Multitask with calm professionalism
  • Work in varying noise, temperature, and crowd levels
  • Stand or walk for entire shift
  • Lift and move items up to 25 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds generally
  • Practice proper safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is an asset
  • Completion of alcohol awareness training or food handler certification is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • Knowledge of POS and payment systems
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to teamwork and positive attitude

  • Accomplish additional duties as instructed by management
  • Practice honesty and integrity in all work
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while multitasking
  • Stand or walk for the duration of shifts
  • Adhere to proper safety guidelines at all times
