Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Commitment to health and safety standards
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing safe, friendly and attentive service
Make guests feel welcome and like part of the Olive Garden family
Take guests on a tour of Italy through knowledge of food, wine, and fresh ingredients
Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation
Accurately take food and beverage orders and serve them in a timely manner
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints courteously
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
