Job Requirements

Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs
Must be able to stand for long periods
Must be able to work at a quick pace
Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of menu and dining etiquette
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Ability to provide attentive and friendly guest service

Job Duties

Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and friendly verbal greeting
Pull each guest's chair and lay the napkin in their lap
Present menu and answer questions regarding menu items
Explain preparation methods and table-side serving concept
Take and serve beverage and dessert orders
Communicate special meat requests to churrasqueiros
Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment
Assist other servers when appropriate
Complete beginning and closing shift duties
