Job Duties

Greet guests immediately and guide them through the menu
Provide friendly and attentive service that ensures guest satisfaction and encourages repeat visits
Accurately take and record food and beverage orders to meet guests' exact specifications
Serve food and beverages promptly, garnished correctly, and in accordance with Ruth's Chris standards
Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth service
Stay calm under pressure and utilize problem-solving skills to address guest concerns
