Biaggi's is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join their team. This role is fundamental in delivering the ultimate customer service, as servers are the frontline ambassadors who interact directly with guests to ensure their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Servers at Biaggi's are expected to maintain a positive attitude, communicate effectively, and remain flexible with their scheduling, including working weekends, evenings, and holidays.

This position offers an hourly wage of $2.13 plus tips, reflecting the restaurant industry's compensation structure. Servers are responsible for a variety of tasks including greeting guests, assisting with menu selections, presenting daily specials, answering questions about dishes and ingredients, taking orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring guests' needs are met with attentiveness and warmth. Exceptional interpersonal skills and an elevated knowledge of wine and spirits contribute to the ability to recommend selections and enhance the dining experience further.

Server responsibilities extend beyond guest service to include cleaning, sanitizing, side work, teamwork, and clear communication with management. The role requires reliability, stamina to remain on feet for long periods, and the physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds. Additionally, proficiency in basic bookkeeping and point-of-sale systems is advantageous, empowering servers to handle cash and credit payments accurately and efficiently.
