Job Requirements

- Prior experience in serving or hospitality preferred
- Ability to explain food and beverage details clearly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to perform opening and closing shifts
- Capability to work well within a team
- Must be punctual and prepared for shifts
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Host the dining experience by engaging guests enthusiastically
- Possess and communicate product knowledge of every food menu ingredient
- Explain craft beer, liquor, and wine selections to guests effectively
- Introduce guests to the restaurant's concept focusing on fresh ingredients and local sourcing
- Take and enter beverage and food orders accurately using handheld devices
- Maintain constant presence and eye contact in assigned section
- Assist fellow team members and contribute to teamwork
- Run food and drinks, reset tables, and restock side stations efficiently
- Present checks tactfully ensuring guests do not feel rushed
- Handle cash and transactions accurately and responsibly
- Complete opening and closing duties collaboratively
- Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws and responsible beverage service
- Perform tasks delegated by management as needed
- Thank guests for their visit
- Tip out bussers and bartenders according to sales percentage
