Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in serving or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to explain food and beverage details clearly

  • Availability to perform opening and closing shifts

Job Duties

  • Host the dining experience by engaging guests enthusiastically
  • Possess and communicate product knowledge of every food menu ingredient
  • Explain craft beer, liquor, and wine selections to guests effectively
  • Introduce guests to the restaurant's concept focusing on fresh ingredients and local sourcing
  • Take and enter beverage and food orders accurately using handheld devices
  • Maintain constant presence and eye contact in assigned section
  • Assist fellow team members and contribute to teamwork
  • Run food and drinks, reset tables, and restock side stations efficiently
  • Present checks tactfully ensuring guests do not feel rushed
  • Handle cash and transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Complete opening and closing duties collaboratively
  • Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws and responsible beverage service
  • Perform tasks delegated by management as needed
  • Thank guests for their visit
  • Tip out bussers and bartenders according to sales percentage
