Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately
- guide guests through menus with genuine hospitality
- provide friendly and attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits
- accurately record food orders and verify meal specifications
- ensure prompt and proper serving of food and beverages meeting Ruth's Chris standards
- demonstrate a guest-first mindset prioritizing the guest experience
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- stay calm under pressure and exhibit problem-solving skills
