Job Duties

  • Greet all customers, apply suggestive selling techniques, record orders, ensure prompt placement of orders, follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and remove unneeded dishes and utensils (i.e. follow the complete service cycle)
  • prepare appetizers, desserts and beverages for customers
  • greet and seat customers in the order in which they arrive and introduce feature of the day
  • collect payment from customers in accordance with established cash handling procedures
  • clear remaining items from tables
  • clean and preset tables
  • perform cleaning and stocking duties as assigned
  • periodically assist other service personnel
  • resolve guest complaints and notify management of any complaints received
